My Journey

From management to graphic and web design.

My career began in customer service and then as an assistant manager where I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. During five years, I worked directly with clients and the team ensuring their needs were met, managing their expectations and delivering results that exceed their goals. This experience sharpened my communication, organization and project management skills, which have proved invaluable in my transition into graphic design. A year ago, I shifted my focus to graphic design and web design and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I decided to follow my passion for visual storytelling and creativity. With a keen eye for design and understanding what works from my service background I have been privileged to work projects that combine artistic innovation with strategic purpose.
